Film Recycling "Horizontal Crusher" [Thin Materials, Sheet Form, Soft Materials Also Acceptable]

It is suitable for crushing thin and soft films, which is difficult with conventional crushers. The crushed material can be reused as recycled material.

The "horizontal crusher" is a crushing machine capable of grinding soft materials (such as elastomers and EVA) and thin sheets. The wear of the blades has improved by about 20% compared to previous rotors. Furthermore, the period for blade replacement has been extended, reducing maintenance costs. Mistakes in the crushed product and noise levels during crushing have decreased. 【Features】 ■ Capable of crushing soft materials and thin sheets ■ Blade wear improved by about 20% compared to previous rotors ■ Reduced power consumption ■ Decreased mistakes in crushed products ■ Reduced noise levels during crushing *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
